"I have been a patient for many years but recently became extremely disenchanted for Dr. Raval's inpatient minor surgery technique but also bedside manner. I had plantar wart removed and not only was her lab coat completely filthy ( as it always is but I ignored it in the past for some reason) but she laughed when I was literally screaming in pain due to the two shots she had to give me to numb the area. I find her cleanliness and sterile environment to be non-existent. And the upselling has got to stop. WIll be finding another podiatrist to help me with the healing of this plantar wart. Had the procedure done last Thursday 11/30/23. What a nightmare."

"I made the mistake of letting this person perform surgery on my foot 20 years ago. I am reminded every day of that mistake as I am in pain everyday because of what she did to me. She was supposed to resect a neuroma. Prior to the surgery she told me I had "hammer toes". I said no one ever told me that before, I thought they were normal. She said when she does the neuroma surgery she should straighten my toes and pin them. I trusted her so I thought she cared about my health. I soon realized she was only interested in upselling for more surgery for the money. I have also learned that no competent foot Dr. would do that much surgery at one time. My foot was open for hours and my bloodflow was compromised. She told me recovery would be 2 weeks. Every doctor I've talked to since has said minimum recovery for hammer toe surgery is 3 months. Needless to say I almost lost my toes, she didn't pin them, one of my toes has no nail, and they are very deformed. I have endured chronic pain in my toes that hadn't needed surgery, compounded by scar tissue. I have had to be treated with injections for the pain and the number of them I can have is limited. So now, 20 years later, I have no alternative but to have another surgery to hopefully repair the worst toes and alleviate the pain caused by Po Raval's incompetence. I should have sued her, but she kept telling me that it would take time to heal and everything would look fine. I can't believe I trusted her. She should have her license revoked."

Bernard, her receptionist is very pleasant on the phone and in person. When I call for an appointment I get in in a day or so. Highly recommend. Lastly, Dr. Raval is able to work with my insurance."
