"My experience with Chang and Rachel was wonderful. I had all but given up on receiving a new prescribed medicine for Type II Diabetes. My copay was not possible. These 2 people worked dilligently to allow me to be able to receive the med I needed for the $25 copay advertised by the pharmacy savings program. I will be forever thankful for these two for helping me stay on my MD’s plan for my continued control of my disease. Again Thank You!!!"

"If you have the opportunity to avoid this company you should. Unfortunately I had no choice as I get my insurance through my employer. They are terrible, the customer service was atrocious. I've had to go back and forth with them for 5-6 months for them to still not cover the medication that my Doctor Prescribed me. Their reason was that they did not cover the dosage that my Dr was prescribing. I got a referral from my PCP, then waited 5 months to see a specialist for my GI issues and had to under go a minor operation for them to determine what medication I should be on...all for empirx to tell me that the dosage is not covered. If you don't cover the prescription that a licensed and trained, professional has provided to a patient then you are not an insurance company. Again, if you can avoid using them you should. Fraudulent company, I hope they go out of business. 0 stars."

"I’d give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received. These people do not communicate and all say different things depending on who you talk to. I have been trying to get a prior authorization dealt with for 4 MONTHS!!!!! They repeatedly drop the ball and blame it on me, my doctor, or my pharmacy. Absolutely unbelievable that this is the way that a healthcare organization operates. The “customer service” reps do not listen and interrupt constantly. I have had to pay out of pocket for my prescription for 4 months because of their inadequacy. In this economy???? Absolutely horrible experience."

"This is the worst prescription drug company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. If your organization is considering switching to them like ours did, plead with them to reconsider. I have been on the same medicine for 5 years and it has been filled by CVS mail order with no problems. We switched to EmpiRx and they run clinical reviews and deny anything they want, just to save money. I have now been denied three times. Each time, my doctor reduced the dosage to within the "plan limits" and it was still denied. Talk to your HR departments and let them know how bad EmpiRx is. Also, you will notice that the other "fake" reviews talk about how great so and so was. When was the last time you noticed the person's name that you talked to on the phone? Exactly! Fake Reviews!"
