"Dr Bernard and staff are wonderful. They performed my daughter's surgery. Then Dr Damon Reed too over for the chemotherapy end of things. All staff at both York Avenue in NYC and Montvale NJ are incredible. I highly recommend MSKCC."

"The doctor was fine, but the staff and security guards were a bit rude. Also the wait was too long for the test that I was performing. It leads me to believe that they could be understaffed. To the staff learn to communicate a bit better. Its not my fault you are working a $12-16/hr job for a living. If you spent more time studying instead of partying then you would be in a well paid job. So don't get agitated and snobbish when faced with people who are in front of view that put in effort to achieve success. The security guards made me feel a bit uncomfortable and a little too old to perform their profession. This 5'3 male secuirty guard looked like he followed me as I was trying to illicit some help from a staff member as if something suspicious was going on. In my head, this dude has way too much time on his hands and is looking to start some form of trouble because he is miserable with his life. Napolean complex to the fullest. Its not my fault god made you 5'3, take it up with him and stop getting mad at others who were gifted with height. You are too grown to act like that. He was so obvious as well because he saw that I noticed him and started fiddling with his phone."

"Why does no one answer the phone here? I notice that MSKCC Bergen has followed the lead of businesses who do not want to pay for live customer phone service. Their phone number is simply an automated message directing you to your doctor's office or to the website. Imagine being a first time cancer patient calling here. Any numbers you choose from the automated system just results in endless ringing. No email on the site, either. Cancer treatment is big bucks, they should have a team of caring reps ready to answer the phone. First impressions are important..."

"The staff aren’t the best and aren’t the kindest; They were rude to my mother who was in their care, by showing their ungracious behavior to my mother every-time she asked for help. My mother is very dissatisfied, disturbed, and afflicted by the care of the nurses and believes that they should have more training when dealing with PATIENTS UNDER THEIR CARE. Most of the nurses from my mother’s team on the 10th floor, made her experience terrible and compared to the other facilities my mother and family has been too, the staff treats them like heaven compared to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I hope this review will make them realize who their staff is and make a change because no one should go through this and seeing my mother so upset because how the staff treated her is wrong."

"Stay away from this place! My gorgeous no other underlining issues daughter is dead from stage 1 breast cancer within 3 years! They are heartless, they were clueless in treating her Dr Rui Wang and her team are the worst! My daughter should still be ALIVE! Go somewhere else anywhere !"
