"Dr. Bellomo office made a coding mistake on my pre-opt bill from Nov 10th 2022 and I am still under revew with escalations 6 months later and NOTHING 2/13, 2/22 spoke to Robin 3/1 spoke to ERica 3/6/spoke to Robin Erica research team updates 3/9 had procedure went well still bill not taken care of 3/17 Lasha 3/21 Laura in escalation nothing 4/17 review Monica billing 4/18 under review still 4/26 spoke to Kamarie sent me again to escalation Erica its under TOP PRIORITY ....and again NOTHING Looks like I am going back to office today to try and get some help. Such a shame Doctor was great but don't have a problem cause you will not get any help. Nov 10 2022 until present 4/26/2023 and was sent to collections ....I am so disgusted."
