"I'm actually amazed at the lack of communication. They use some sort of call center, but no one answered the phone. The website offered online instant messaging, but they just answered only one of my messages and I didn't hear from them for 15 minutes. As a last resort I tried making an appointment online, they "reached out" to me via text, I responded twice and no one responded back. I just texted saying I'm just going to go somewhere else. I usually avoid making bad reviews, but come on guys, you really know how to make a patient feel ignored."

"Dr. Freeman has been my doctor for many years. He was an amazing doctor but up until about a year ago he hasn’t been the same. He doesn’t listen to concerns and quickly cuts me off. Not sure if it matters but my care did go from private to workers’ comp; nonetheless, I’m still a patient. The waiting time is ridiculous- up to 2 hours, at times. As others reviewers have mentioned, the office staff is trash- especially Andrea. They are extremely unprofessional, don’t return calls, schedule you for appointments without communicating the details and talk back when you demand communication. I have had 3 appointments within the past 2 weeks and I still don’t have a comprehensive care plan to manage the pain. All that said, I DO NOT recommend this practice until they reevaluate the quality of their services. Wishing Dr. Freeman all the best!"

"Great doctor. He listens, and talks to you and explains things about what's going on with your condition. Most of all he has helped me with keeping my pain in check to live comfortably day to day. I highly recommend him. And I can't say enough good things about the office and nurses. Fantastic! Oh, very important. Always on time. Never had to wait"

"I have had the worst experience with this practice! I have left as many as five messages about medication issues and coordination with my cardiologist before a procedure - and these messages have not been returned. Requests for prescription renewals have been ignored. I give two stars because the doctor and physician's assistant that I've seen have been pleasant and helpful, but if the practice can't back up what they suggest, it is pretty useless to the patient. When I had an injection, I had the impression that I was part of a factory assembly line, instead of a patient. Again, the people associated with this practice have been pleasant, but my overall experience has been frustrating! Edit: When I complained, I was told they were under-going some changes and that it would improve. In fact, further messages have been returned and staff was responsive. I had another injection at a surgical center this time. My experience there was much better and more personal - I even saw the doctor’s face this time. I’ve raised this review from 2 to 4 stars."
