"My wife and I ended up at Chilton for an emergency delivery and ended up needing to spend Thanksgiving there. The doctors, nurses and staff were very understanding and accommodating to our situation and needs. Our son was born healthy, and the maternity team did everything to keep Mom and baby safe and monitored during the entire stay. Thank you to everyone on staff! "Whatever you do I hope you dont get the nurse Claudia K all she do is stay on her phone and give you attitude when you ask for something simple and ear hussle your conversation with your family member and she lies and writes made up stuff in ed notes. she is terrible , not compassionate or understanding one of the worst nurses I came across. She didn't even remove my cardiac monitor cables she just gave me my discharge papers and storm out the room. I dont know why chilton hires unprofessional nurses like her, she is straight up rude and lacks professionalism."
"my boyfriend has been walking around in pain and bleeding from a 1.1 centimeter kidney stone for three weeks. but how would we know that? not like this place thought to check. we went three separate times. and by the final time we asked them to please scan his kidney, the doctor just very casually said "oh its probably not a kidney stone". this is your job. I can't believe you people just sent us away still in pain all because you couldn't be bothered to perform a basic scan. you're absolutely awful."
