"I didnot understand their service when I went first time they scan my insurance and they said you insurance cover the tb test, when I went to read my tb test doctor said your insurance not cover tb test and they charge $39+$35 for tb test . if they said the first time that your insurance not cover tb test I wouldnt do tb test this clinic ."

"Normally pretty good but my last visit Sept 2018 was horrible. I signed in 20 min before closing so I was not given an appointment, which isn't terrible since that's their policy. However when the "Dr" came out, she was the most rude person I've encountered in a long time. I asked her if she could squeeze me and and said no tried to sneak back into her room. The more questions I asked, the worse she was. All she cared about was leaving at 7:30. She said if I see you now how can I leave at 7:30. She had no empathy, no concern for anyone but herself. She said she couldn't help me and to go to the emergency. I complained about her attitude (not the policy) and she ignored me. I asked for her manager and she said she was one. I told her I'd complain to the owner and she said she didn't care and closed the door on me."
