Cannot say I've had the same experience as other reviewers here, but then again I tend to be a friendly and convivial person by nature. Dr. Capio, Sheena, and the staff have consistently taken great care of me and my concerns. The treatment & attention I receive each time has kept me coming back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to me each visit. Dr. Capio is a top NJ Doctor for good reason. Sheena Shah is happy to treat me when something urgent comes up. Thank you, all!"

"I love the doctor herself I forget who I go to I think shes a PA but shes AMAZING so kind so helpful 10/10. The rest of the staff is awful and it makes me feel bad because I want to go there to see her but I hate going because of everyone else there. I went during the height of the pandemic and you can see the entire staff sitting without masks walking around acting entirely too casual for a doctors office and top of that they are just rude to this day. Never seen an office run like this maybe they need new management....."

"I love Sheena Shaw the NP I see at all of my visits so no problem there. But recently I went to pay my bill, I had recently been out of work for 2 weeks due to the pandemic and my family being sick. When I called to pay my bill and told the front desk that I was only putting $50.00 towards the bill right now her whole attitude changed. She got completely nasty with me and even asked me when I was going to pay the rest of the bill. She made me feel very bad and it was not the interaction I was expecting, especially when I'm paying off the bill, regardless of the amount. I know exactly what lady it was the grey haired lady who you check out with and usually has her mask down. VERY UNPERFESSIONAL WOMAN who should no longer have a job."

"I am consistently treated less than wonderfully by the staff, any issues I may come with they seem not to treat. Definitely would not suggest coming to this practice for anything while also having a mental illness. I tried time and time again with them, but am not being cared for as I should be and am switching general practitioners. I warn you, if you want to be respected, go elsewhere! The group is really unpleasant and they lack a basic medical understanding of “bedside manner”. Truly, poor service."
