"horrible “psychiatrist” . Does not know anything but acts like she’s this hardened veteran that knows so much and looks so bored when u talk to her you would think she was at least good at what she does and makes up for her awful attitude with her skill but she’s garbage. Created a term called “med switching” which is the whole point of psychiatry is to switch medications when they don’t work, geez what a smart lady! She acts like she’s so smart but comes off kind of stupid which makes her sound more stupid if she’s presenting herself as this all-knowing smart person. People on the jamestown psychiatric review page rave about her but all my appointments with her have been terrible. You don’t feel like you can talk to her because she has this nasty demeanor and attitude that just makes you not want to deal with her and that’s the last thing u want in a doctor especially a MENTAL HEALTH DOCTOR! I discourage seeing her but go at your own risk……………….:.."

"Kristine has been helpful and considerate during my mental health care journey, and aiding me on finding the help that I need for my anxiety disorder; as well as on going chronic migraine disorders. She is empathic, kind, and listens to what I have to say while also making sure to not put any biased opinions into situations if I need advice. I absolutely recommend care from Dr. Bailey and appreciate the help that she has given me!"

"Canceled appointments all the time. Came to my work place to change an appointment. Does not do counseling just prescribes meds. Closed my case over the phone with no opportunity to talk. Stopped a prescription I had been taking for years and offered no help with the withdrawls I had to go through which is very unethical. She offered me other resources after she closed my case and wouldn't help me anymore but never followed through with those resources. I am debating with myself about calling the New York Department of health."
