I was diagnosed with strep, after a culture, and out of there heading for my rx! Absolutely my favorite local urgent care in our area! I won’t be heading anywhere else if I can help it!"

Physician was very friendly and took time to explain all information. All staff were super friendly. Great Experience, Quick process and very knowledgeable staff. More information/treatment was provided here than recent visits at ER and another Walk-in clinic. Highly recommend."

"- I wanted to share how exceptional this staff is. They were so busy, but took so much time to be apologetic about it (the wait) when they didn’t HAVE to be. My primary doctor couldn’t get us in so we came into the office without an appointment. They were warm and inviting and reassured me they were sorry about the wait numerous times (again-they didn’t have to be) and when they came into the room they were again reassuring and efficient with their time and made sure my young child was taken care of. Staff checked on us, providing fun little toys to keep my toddler busy. Which almost brought me to tears, because I was running out of things to keep him busy. The provider Patrick (and Lacey his nurse, and support staff that came into check I wish I could remember your names as well ) was great as always in helping make my child who is unsure of any strangers feel as comfortable as possible. I have met Patrick in a work capacity but he is just as wonderful when having to experience with my own children. From the front desk check in staff- to discharge. It should be recognized how important and wonderful they are. Thank you Kayla Pierce"

"Very good bedside care by the care providers and the nurses.never have they acted like I didn't matter just as much as the rest of the patients. They are very nice and thorough. I will always recommend the lakewood wellness location. They are fast and very friendly and they will keep you feeling like you matter and get to your needs asap"
