"Wanted to add a name to a deed. Was done incorrectly taking my mom’s name off altogether and just having my name on the deed. Have been trying to get this corrected since Oct 8 to no avail. This is now beginning of February and my mom is worried she will lose all her senior discounts for taxes because of this mistake. I should not have to go somewhere else to get this corrected and put more money out when it was not our mistake. Have sent several emails to get this fixed. And nothing has been done."

"Requested a full search (title, liens) on a property I was considering buying. Report arrived several days after it was promised. Meanwhile, the property was taken off the market. Very disorganized. At one point, owner dialed my number thinking she was phoning a title agent. When I informed her that she was speaking with a customer, she covered by saying that she had mistakenly dialed my number because my completed report was sitting on her desk to go out. I didn't receive it for two more days. All things considered, I don't feel particularly confident that the information I was provided is complete and accurate. (Although, it's a moot point now.) Asked what the report would cost and was told $65. I was billed $100. Not a huge difference, I know, but when I ask a simple question, I expect an honest and accurate response. I won't be doing business with this company again."

"Not recommended for below reasons: 1. Lack of communication. Office located at 6th floor but door is locked. Never mentioned once in the 3-4 times I called earlier that office was relocated to 4th floor! 2. Required 1 affidavit to be notarized to start a utility service. Could not get this completed for following reasons: a. Apparently, a valid Drivers License from different state is not an acceptable ID for verification! Note: ID was valid and non-expired. b. Completing an Affidavit was apparently going to cost me 25$! c. Only cash accepted. Save time and money, walk just a few blocks and get notarized at AAA for 5$ with a quick turnaround even if you aren't a member!"
