"Run, run, run. Booth $1,800.00 recliner that is obviously malfunctioning. Contacted store, service guy came told me to cover the recliner cause it looks like I’m right. The recliner slips. Got call from Ken y telling me there was nothing wrong with chair. I said there is obviously something wrong. He said he would speak to tech. My question is if he was going to speak with tech then why did he say there was nothing wrong???? Besides not standing behind their products they lie to their customers. I’ve spend over $5,000.00 there and they just don’t care. Like I said Run as far away as you have go to get furniture. Shame"

"All the reviews you see talking about horrible customer service is completely true. Once this place gets any sort of money from you, they don't care. Have a problem with your product? Too bad. Did one of the delivery guys break your window in the middle of winter? Too bad. This place is a joke. I've ordered a lot of furniture from this place, and every single time I've had an issue with a product, they couldn't care less about it. Seriously don't spend your money here, they don't deserve it. There's another furniture store on chestnut st, and they have similar prices. It might not be as good looking as Scholet, but all my friends vouch from them. If you buy from Scholet, you're going to have issues, especially with the delivery guys. Their delivery crew is going to hurt someone, that's how bad they are. They broke my friends window, and they've scratched my walls on delivery. This entire store is a joke."
