"HORRIBLE - starting with the bow & card that is normally part of a long stem rose in a vase order any other day is an additional $10 you are not made aware of until you get the bill. Any request for time of delivery (AM) out the window. People answering the phone are almost unintelligible and are part of a pool for ALL of the Ava's under the corporate umbrella with no way to communicate directly with the local store. Place is a joke. EDIT - per the response from owner - it was not a ghost company - it was the phone # listed in your website - i had to give the AVA PIN which means which store - and the flowers did arrive finally - granted open / popped so their life span will be limited."

"I want to make sure this florist received the proper acknowledgment for their wonderful work and services. Being in today’s age, business’s are ran off of reviews/yelp. Love this place. Flower arrangements are breath taking. The place itself is beautiful inside once you walk in. There is truly an art to this line of work. Owner is extremely helpful. I was in search for eucalyptus to make an arrangement for a friend. (Walk of shame) I made a point to tell my partner to only go here for arrangements/ bouquet from here on out, He listened. What a great Valentine gift. I am not review person but this place deserve one. These are my flowers from Valentine’s Day."

"found this shop from Google and the pictures here are so nice and beautiful. Most of them are plenty of varieties and colors. The style is very sophisticated but unfortunately mine is not even close to any picture from Google review here. I ordered designer’s choice and it came out very simple and similar to other regular online flowers. Just look like I got it from 1800flowers or something like that. The choice of flowers are nothing special or seasonal much(white roses and hydrangeas(you can see from picture) which can find for all year round. Mine comes light color which I don’t mind but it’s just how everything put together is very blend. I thought when I went for florist’s choice, it will be more creative and have variety of flowers. That’s why I didn’t try to be bossy with them or order from regular pre pre design websites. . I search and went for local store instead. I’m not so sure mine came out so blend because I told them it’s for old people or not so it might stop the designer from being creative maybe. Otherwise, $200 in Hampton might be too cheap to get something decent. The service is ok. They are nice when talking. However, they didn’t follow up much. I requested to deliver either the same day or next day. They didn’t even bother to contact me back to let me know when they can tho. I also asked them to send the picture so I can see what I paid for. They sent me one blurry picture that can’t even see the whole thing. I didn’t even bother asking them to fix or send me more picture either because I know I messed up myself already going for florist’s choice for this time."

"This shop is the best! Came here a few times to buy flowers and plants for a photoshoot and their selection was just beautiful! From a giant walk in fridge full of flowers to a large selection of gorgeous vases, dried flowers, plants, you name it- they really have it all here. The woman who helped me, who seemed like the owner, was so incredibly helpful and a delight to work with. Will definitely be back!"
