"I purchased a number of bottles of beer and soda from this store and tried to return the empty bottles to obtain the $0.05 deposit refund for each bottle and can. The store refused on multiple occasions to give me the refund that I was due. This store collects $0.05 for every bottle and can that they sell but they refuse to return that money even though they are required to by law!"
"Can’t believe people have the audacity to leave bad reviews. Momin who works here is one of the nicest guys, he’s always so welcoming and treats the customers with the upmost respect. Keep up the good work guys!"
"The person that checked me out was too buy to say anything. On their phone. Paying three dollars and change was an annoyance."
"One star is far too generous. This cr•p hole deserves a big “ ZERO” across the board. Service- Zero - the nasty a$$ cashier exclaimed “I know nothing “ when I asked if they carried eye drops. The moronic was referring to himself. Completely bizarre. Selection- Zero - Expired, Expired, Expired, Cleanliness Zero - Extra Dirty and dusty just like the employees. It felt like I entered twilight zone. I’ll never go there again."
"Just went to this 7-11 and had a horrible experience!! i went to grab a snack and saw there was a 3/5.50 sale on the Kind granola bars. i picked up 3 and when i went to pay for them, the sale didn’t come up so i questioned it. then what looked to be the manager got up to look at the sign. then he told me it was expired so i said “but the sign was still there when i picked it up, can i still get the deal?” he said “no it doesn’t work like that”. i obviously got frustrated but was not in the mood to bring up “the customer is always right” and start a whole argument. this manager needs to learn to either take wrong signs down or learn the phrase the customer is always right, with situations like this one. never going to this location again!!"
