They have the skill and knowledge to breakdown the whole animal… - Perfectly cut steaks and roasts. - Absolutely amazing sausages. - Expertly crafted cured meat. - Amazing meat bread. Their mozzarella is excellent too. Finally, they’ll actually make you a custom sausage. Who else does that?"
