"Crystal was amazing. On my lunch break I was looking for certain Christmas Santa’s every other CVS in the area was 2 busy to help me and I always got what ever is out is what we have. I only asked Crystal one time. The next day I came in and when I tell you she found all of them and then 2 extra ones I didn’t see. Everyday she made sure I had my coupons and explained how the carepass worked and I’m just so blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting her. I get compliments everyday on my new Christmas collection thank you Crystal for your patients and for actually caring. Thank you"

"The pharmacy at East Islip CVS is a mess! Poor customer service. Refused to call other stores to locate my medication. Told me to do it myself they were too busy. They don’t care about their customers!"
