"They have the cheapest coffee cups here - bought a small coffee, it was spilling all over the place and when I got out of the car and grabbed my cup the entire lid came off and fell on the ground and all over me."
"Cashier was not only rude but running a scam. Tried to tell me their cookies that they sell at the counter are a dollar per cookie when they are sold in a two pack. Even the label reads two pack. I wonder how many people he has tricked? Avoid at all cost. I’m contacting corporate."
"How are you 24hs if the door is locked when you get there, and knocking on the door is a problem for the person who works overnight. Knocked for 5 minutes and when he came to the door he yelled and asked me why I was doing that.... this store is the closest to My home i usually walk to it but I guess I will be driving to another store from now on. And not to mention the price gouging and the coffee tastes like they are reusing the filters gross."
"I came in there and got the 2 slice of pizza and soda for 3 bucks its posted everywhere in and outside of the store. I bought 3 orders for me and my 2 kids. The guy rings up a way different amount. I say isn't the promotion 3 bucks per soda and 2 slices of pizza? His answer was in a very disrespectful and demeaning manner and says where do you see 3 dollars for this. I say dude its all over your store. Then he gets more mad and says show me, how in the world would it only be 3 for all that. So I walk to the sign and read it to him 1 160z SODA AND 2 CHEESE PIZZA FOR ONLY 3 DOLLARS. Then he gets even more mad and says YOU TAKE GO AHEAD TAKE but i noticed there was only pizza with toppings left I tried telling him that will cost more I just want the non topping only. Being that he was so mad he wasn't listening and just keeps saying TAKE TAKE TAKE so I'm like ok and walk out of there with 6 slices of pizza with a bunch of toppings that he was suppose to charge extra for. It doesn't stop there. I come here everyday cause I live right across the street and the next day when I go in for another deal the same guy is behind the counter which is always the same guy everyday since I've been going there for the past 30 days and I notice he has a big smile. I never see that guy smile before I'm thinking maybe the manager found out how he treated me and was reprimanded nope that wasn't the case. The reason for the smile was cause he was so happy to tell me they stopped the promotion but I said I just came here yesterday and the signs remember then he says we took the signs down. I didn't even bother to check the signs being that I was just in there not even 24hrs prior but he was right they took all the signs down and ended the promotion. I come to find out other 711s where still doing honoring that promotion!"
"Dehumanizing customer service. The doors were locked at 2AM and the worker there saw me knocking on the door and pretended I wasn’t there. I kept knocking and he was smiling to himself for 7 minutes cleaning and tried to act like I wasn’t there. I think he assumed if I gave up knocking, I would just go away but I had a scheduled Uber eats delivery to pick up. Finally, I spoke in Urdu (it seems the worker was south Asian so I hoped he’d understand me) and finally he addressed me and gave the food, but in a weird way. The man seems fluent in English as well so I don’t get why I had to change languages for him to acknowledge my presence. I don’t think Uber drivers should pick up orders here as other google maps reviews of this 7 11 are negative in regards to Uber eats deliveries. Terrible customer service and I felt embarrassed doing my job."
