"Owner/manager was a complete disgrace. 1 of my employees accidently spilled his food in the microwave and this guy threw a tantrum like my 3 year old when she breaks a crayon. He started shouting at his employees to clean it up. I co fronted him about the tantrum and he started spouted off about it being for customers (which I was buying stuff) then he started carrying on about it being a "respect" thing and he doesn't care about the money. Meanwhile this "respect" hero is shouting at his employees, arguing with me and just leaving drug addicts passed out on the side of his building. Before I changed careers I had 15 years retail experience all over NY and I know the value of customers and communication. This guy needs to realize his microwave ethics just turned away a several visit a week customer. Thanks Microwave Hero"

"Owner attacked me verbally for asking to use bathroom, said do I pay his Fu—in bills and I responded with the thousands of coffees and merchandise I purchase he proceeded to curse me out and became unhinged. I then started taking pics of his outside information and address to report him to southland corporation and he started to flip out again and kept telling me to hit him and he was calling police for which I welcomed. They never showed. I am a business owner for 40 years and a USMC veteran and have never been subjected to anything like this disrespect. I frequently go to multiple 7 elevens all over ny and also when I travel and have many friends that work and are owners. Southland corporation should pull his franchise from him because he is ruining the brand they have built."

"This is actually my favorite 711 in the area, however these are my last 3 experiences Saturday morning on the way home from work, sign on the door that says be back in 5 minutes, no problem things happen Sunday morning on the way home from work, same sign, now I'm getting sightly annoyed. Monday morning on the way home from work, same sign and now I can see the guy in the store, so is he just locking the door so he doesn't have to do anything. We made eye contact so I know he saw me"

"This store is by for the cleanest best 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. I literally go out of my way to make sure I come here especially for the coffee. Some stores it tastes burnt and bitter. Not here. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh no matter what time of day. The floors and counters are clean. The shelves are organized and stocked. Most of all the manager, Sunny is ALWAYS friendly. I read some of the other reviews and I don’t know who they’re talking about. He always greets you and says “hello”and “goodbye” and “have a good day.” He is always pleasant. Sometimes I think people like to complain. I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time and never ever dissatisfied. I’m putting a positive review in for the store so the owner knows that despite what other customers say, this store deserves more than 5 stars and Sunny deserves a raise!!! Thank you Sunny!!!!! Thank you for making my mornings better and for the BEST coffee EVER!!!"
