I haven't seen her there sadly but the rest of the crew I have dealt with are rude and lack customer service skills. The manager needs lessons in how to deal with customers."

"Glad Boot Barn came to LI. I had a great selection of boots to choose from for under $200. Most other places I've been to on LI prices are mostly above $200, and they make a face when you ask if they have anything cheaper and they don't. Also, a good selection of cowboy hats. Just got boots today. Will be back to look at other wares. Very friendly and helpful staff Anthony and Olivia!"

"Absolutely love the store and the people there - minus one. Was assisted by a very kind and very helpful miss who took our boots, hats, and boot scrubber to the front register so we didn’t have to carry them while browsing and shopping through the store. The woman manager, though, was a bit “much.” I know the store just opened, and there is probably a fair amount of stress right now, but lady…turn it down a notch or ten."
