"I have a neighborhood bully who is playing the victim card because I stand up to her, but now I am also being bullied by the South Wales town court. They must be friends. I am being treated like I am guilty and I have been denied an attorney and threatened with jail, though I have done nothing illegal. They locked me out of the courthouse while the judge sat and conversed with the prosecutor, my bully and her gang before my arraignment and then again after they dismissed me.These people are all adults, but I feel like I am trapped in junior high school. Even the bailiff's right shoulder jumped liked he wanted to punch me when I said I needed to sit. I am a 5' 6", 51 year old female weighing in at about 110 lbs. I am also disabled with severe hip arthritis and they made me walk back and forth to my car and back and forth inside the courthouse. while they all verbally abused me. I am terrified to have to return to this place. I fear for my mental safety, my physical safety and my freedom. I am posting everywhere and I have filed a complaint with the NY State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Can someone please help me?"

"Old lady clerk is rude, obviously non-concerned about the needs of the taxpayers and very unhelpful in those rare times she actually does respond to messages."

"Horrible court. Don't ever go to wales for small claims. Judge has absolutely no idea how to handle. In my opinion the judge should retire and allow a real judge do the job. Im not complaining because of a loss. I won my case. Judge was just a joke and had no clue. Treated the plaintiff has the deffender. This court shouldn't even offer small claims."
