"the worst thing is to show up on a Friday late but with traffic/commute from NYC its tough. Arrived about 15 min before close and the door was locked. I figure since Friday they left early. I was wrong an employee I believe name was Leroy D must've been working alone so had the door locked while loading another customer around back. He must've noticed me on camera and came outside to ask me if he can help. He handled my issues that I really needed taken care of. A true gentleman!!! The Industry needs more workers like Leroy. We've been customers of Kenseal over 30 years granted they're now White Cap but I'll stick with going to the Commack location now!! Thank you Leroy and White Cap!!! A++++++++++++++"
