AT&T Store

"Wish i could of gave 0 stars. Worst store ever from the manager to there sales rep. I had 4 phones lines prier to coming there bill was under $300.I was upgrading my lines to first-net. I was told my new bill would be cheaper then my original bill. First new bill comes in at $441.58 with a ghost line added as per AT&T Corp.Rep. tells me. CRAZY, MANAGER TO THE SALES REP. SHOULD BE FIRED!!!"

"Giselle was very knowledgeable when upgrading my phone. She offered additional products and services which I appreciated because though she offered she was not pushy. Overall, she had a very pleasant disposition. Doing any major upgrade is time consuming and frustrating on the customer but she was very positive, explained what she was doing along the way and was as efficient as she could be. I appreciate her wealth of knowledge and patience with me as I am a novice."

"My son and I entered the store and was warmly greeted by David. He was professional and secured my son’s phone with a SIM card and updated his WiFi connection. He also secured my insurance coverage for all 5 phones. I am very grateful to David here in Shirley."

"I went into the store to add a line and when the rep that was helping me had to call for approval I was denied and the whole transaction was cancelled. The representative David Nieves was very nice and so helpful. He spent over 2 hours with my husband and I. In store is very good customer service but the powers that be need a little help. I hope it improves otherwise you will be losing myself and my family"
