"So I seen this on Facebook very say I can’t believe you guys SHAME ON STOP N SHOP IN SHIRLEY they wouldn’t even let me go in and get a cold water for the homeless man who was passed out in fetal position on their curb they didn’t check him I checked him and we called and ambulance THEY DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A CALL they said oh he been there and claimed they called they did not call they said they were to busy with the outage this could have died he had such shallow breathing while laying there passed out in this heat very heartless very unprofessional of them they all just kept walking past him this not ok he is a person I’m glad he will be ok BE BETTER STOP N SHOP DO BETTER"

"Went to pick up a prescription. And then did shopping pharmacy line was long and took forever.. and the deli guy gave me chicken instead of the turkey I asked for."

"If you have any early morning shopping to do and expect to do your recyclables in the same trip don't come here! Instead you can go to King kullen where the recycling machines are indoors. The recycling machine at stop & shop doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. even though the store opens at 6:00 a.m. Is this a short sighted corporate decision or a super special one-off location decision?"

"Dirty, old store, needs renovations. Dirty rusty carts and only 2 very small places to push the cart up & down from the street to sidewalk. Friendly customer service however. Very helpful employees."

"I ordered a cake for my friends Halloween post wedding celebration. I met with Lucy in the bakery and she was so sweet and helpful. I gave her the picture that I wanted on the cake, it was a picture of Frankenstein and his bride. She made the cake exactly how I wanted, even better! When I went to pick it up, she even helped walk it to my car. It was perfect and tasted amazing. I got yellow cake with half chocolate mousse and half strawberry. Everyone loved it. Thank you Lucy you rock!"
