"The tall lanky guy that works there at night shouldn’t be in a customer service environment. Something that doesn’t involve interacting with humans. The guy is so rude stinks and stinks like b o. Most definitely not going to this 7-11 anymore."
"This is the only 7-Eleven I know that keeps 5-gallon Poland Spring bottles INSIDE the store and that's the safe way to get your bottled water. I cancelled Water Delivery service and I'm saving at least $20 a month now. Way to go 7-Eleven (near the mount sinai diner)! Update: The day after I posted this great review, this store moved the 5-gallon bottles out into the sun outside the store. Unfortunately, IMO they have blown up a good thing. Back to Stop-n-Shop for now,,,"
"So there is an old dude that works here at night, tall man, gray hair, and carries an extremely bad attitude. I mean I seriously think he needs professional help. He is very miserable and takes his aggression out on all the customers. He rings items up and really just does the minimum job required. He isn’t even polite to customers. He huffs and puffs and size out loud if he has to bend over a little bit to tear off lotto tickets. He is also constantly mumbling to himself and sometimes outright talking to himself. I witnessed him complaining about being the only person there and having to handle 2 customers at the counter and incoming Uber orders. At one point I thought he was going to snap, instead he takes his aggression out on the Uber incoming order device, basically repeatedly pounding and smashing on it with his finger and ultimately his fist to make it stop ringing. A very unprofessional individual to say the least. Really makes you feel welcome in the store, and really makes you want to come back soon Dash not! Management, you really need to let this guy go before he does go off on a customer."
"David T. Goes above and beyond for customers and runs around the store like a chicken without a head. He is motivated and dedicated to all customers and has exceptional work ethic. I hope one day to see him as manager!!! Thank you for your hard work David T!!!"
"The old guy with the grey hair behind the counter not wearing a mask last night around 6pm. Then he was walking around the store and going into the refrigerators still without a mask. When he walked back behind the counter, wiped his mouth with his hands and grabbed another customers merchandise to ring him up is when I had enough. I left my stuff on the counter and walked out. It’s pretty alarming and frustrating to be so blatant about it."
