"They DO NOT stand behind their merchandise that they sell. Crooked business that lies, and sells refurbished junk as new phones! Sent me a phone that had numerous problems and received a charger that had an additional charging block on the AC adapter because it is marketed for use in Europe and NOT in the United States. Charging block has since broke and I have no charging device for this piece of junk they sold me! Business ignored numerous voicemails that I left them and they DO NOT ever answer their phones!!! Business gave lame excuse to BBB that another team member takes care of voicemails and that he had no control over them. He made a comment that he never recognized my email address from doing business with them...Lies!! Told me to take my phone to a repair shop and get it fixed. This business could care less about their customers and making things right with them! AVOID this place and DO NOT buy anything from this sketchy business! Zero stars!!!"
"These MORONS Sent tablet by mail in a USPS BAG. Can't understand the logic, box is crushed tablet is bent. Still working but aluminum case is bent. I Sent pictures. I asked for partial refund. Can't do, send back for refund. I Isays hey you Sent in bad package, when you get it back you can say it's messed up and not give me full refund. Long story short STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS. THEY ARE IDIOTS WHO SHIP EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS IN A USPS BAG. DO YOU WANT TO TRUST THESE MORONS WITH ANYTHING? DON'T RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. STAY AWAY CELL PHONE STORES ARE A RIPOFF."
"Couple years ago I purchased a phone from Wireless Place. I was really impressed with their fast shipping,great packaging,and communication. Recently I ordered Samsung S24 plus 512 gb marble grey(international version),and again Price was unbeatable,fast shipping,and packaging was great. You guys definitely earned my business. "Where to start? Decided to buy new phone at Wireless Place since it worked out to be a few dollars cheaper than buying here in Canada and I was not in a hurry. But that was a huge mistake! After making the purchase I received email that item was out of stock and they wanted to give me a different color. I asked if they will get more stock and WP agreed if I wait another week. After a week I e-mailed them to ask if they would send it. The first response was yes they got stock and its only $320, but I already paid for it. I replied with email that I already paid and then I received an email from UPS 30 min later that I need to pay them another $120 on top of the $50 shipping I already paid! I emailed WP to stop the order but WP told me it was already shipped and duties was not part of shipping (I calculated duties to be $27). I then found out that UPS also asked $80 "brokerage" fees! So now I already had to pay $170 shipping for a $300 phone! That’s almost 60% of the item I bought. Now I just had to wait for shipping. 3 days later my neighbor brought a sticky to me since UPS apparently wanted to leave my package at their home but they were not at home. I was waiting at my house. So now I had to drive to a drop off location UPS use. I drove there the next day and yes, my package was not dropped off at drop off yet! So I waiter another few days and tried again. Finally got the overpriced package almost 3 weeks later. Definitely one of the worst if not the worst buying experience of my life. I understand that UPS is much to blame, but this is the people Wireless Place trust with their shipping so ultimately their fault. Any other shipping company like the post office or a man on a bicycle would be a better option than UPS. Wireless should at least provide other options!"
"By far the BEST phone out right now, and nothing is better. Fast in performance, great cameras, BIG screen, headphone jack, in display fingerprint reader, battery life...and I could go on. The phone came FAST, 2 day shipping was quick. Ordered the phone, 2 days later I was using it. I've had no issue since I've had it, and the company will get another sale from me for sure. 5 Stars from me at this point."
