"Dr Lee is an incredibly jovial person who is a pleasure to interact with… however the office management is incredibly unprofessional… cold in nature as far as a welcome atmosphere… when calling for appointments and coordination of other services I.e labs and such the staff are at best dismissive as well as not knowledgeable in how to coordinate with other providers and do not follow through when ordering them… which leaves you showing up to get things done having to take additional time off to go back and accomplish what they need and should be responsible for in setting up in the first place… I find this kind of practice distasteful and a disrespect to the good hearted people in the healthcare profession"

"In regards to the other reviews that were left, I feel as though it may be a “you get what you give” scenario. I found the office personnel to be very polite, helpful and friendly. Dr Lee-Kwen was professional and knowledgeable. Contrary to the other reviews, I found his English to be just as good as mine."

"What an absolute disappointment for a Neuroligist. The 2 doctors can only speak broken English, that I cannot understand. Not to mention, the 3:30 appointment that I sat at till 4:45 without seeing a doctor, to be REACHEDULED FOR 3 MONTHS AWAY! Total waist of time."

"I felt welcomed just setting up the appointment. The staff are so nice. They were even nicer in person. They made checking in simple. It was a little crowded, but thats everwhere you go, so many people need help. They quickly clear the waiting room if able, and get things started. If i have to wait, i just assume that other patients needed more time.i get afforded the same treatment, getting extra time when i need it, causing others to wait. Health isnt simple, they do a great job treating people as important individuals, not a group of payments. They care sincerely. Dr. Kwen is amazing, so advanced in his field, yet just talks so plainly and calmy. He noticed right away thing that were important to a diagnosis and treatment. The treatments started working the first week. I am so thankful. He is smart, funny, and i recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist. This Dr knows what he is talking about. "Love the doctors they are very kind, funny and made my daughter feel at ease. However the office staff was extremely rude, short, and the tone they use with the patients is not good customer service at all. The one girl even threw a fit in front of us because the previous clerk didn't leave a note that we were to come inside to be seen per the doctor. I hope the doctors succeed but they get their office staff to be more pleasant."
