Five Below

"They have a lot of really cool items and I understand why they took out the self check out BUT at the very least have more cashiers because on top of them sometimes having the self check out open or having the one cashier they still have to ring you themselves. Sometimes I only wanna buy one thing but if there’s 11 people in front of me each with 20 items it takes a while with the just one cashier. (I did have a rude experience where I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to ring myself I just saw the open self check out so I went to scan my items and this crusty dusty cashier came over and rudely snatched the items from my hand and said MAAM I HAVE TO DO THAT FOR YOU. I’m a cashier as well so I understand if you don’t do certain things you might get in trouble but the rudeness was unnecessary.)"

"In terms of layout, this is a highly disorganized store. The aisles do tend to have merchandise strewn across the floor, and the checkout line is practically hidden within the store despite a few standing signs here and there indicating its location. With that being said, this 5 Below is not too different from most others. There is a good variety of merchandise, although they seem to overly love Funko-pop. Additionally, the manager there seemed nice and helpful. She even told us when the next shipment of a product would arrive in inventory. If you can look past the clutter, come give this store a try."

"I purchased 2 of these, only to see that it expired 2 months prior. The second one expired since 2023. Do better 5 below.."

"My daughters and I went to this location to buy a lot of gifts for children of various ages ranging from 1yr to teens and they had a lot to choose from we purchased stuffed animals, painting craft kits, cards, color stuffed animal kits, many different games and so much more. There’s a lot to choose from when buying in bulk and trying to save yet you aren’t getting gifts (toys) that are of less quality. I was upset that they didn’t have their online inventory of the store accurate so if you order online for pickup you may not get what you need which is very upsetting or if you look online to buy go to the store as I did and not find what you were expecting to find your stuck with wasting your time. I had to come up with something else for what I needed that they didn’t have. The first location the cashier was very nice and this location I did need help a worker helped me but couldn’t find what I needed looking for 3 different items. I would recommend this store my only complaint other than online inventory of stores is about this specific store compared to another location they charged me for every bag I used and the first location didn’t charge me for any bags and the gentlemen bagged many bags to fit everything and what this location in Bay Parkway did which was weird having charged me because they are the same store like me going to 2 targets or any other chain store should all be the same policy. Went again and was upset thought they got a shipment but they didn’t so again I had to find items replacing what I went there originally for, they definitely need to fix the online inventory it’s a blessing to know what they have not to waste time going to a store that I don’t live close to any location."

"Extremely messy, noisy, annoying store. If you are in a pack of teenagers and you want to run wild, this is the place. No one watching, no one fixing up the huge mess that is in every aisle. Merchandise on the floor. Merchandise strewn across the shelves. No one to answer questions besides the besieged cashiers. A disaster. Last time for me."
