"Always a line here and everything locked away the bald lady that looks like a miserable evil villain always act like she doesn’t want to be there but is there all the time. There’s always one cashier the chubby lady with glasses and she’s there all the time sometimes by herself with no help so please be respectful to her period. The security guard is helpful the lady one when she’s there sometimes will follow u around just ask for help if she do."

"Worse customer service ever. Store leads who lie and say they're store managers, items are always out of stock. I made a purchase on 03/17/24 at the Howard Beach location, I also made a return the same day in the amount of $311.86, only an hour later. Today is 05/27/24 & I still have not received my refund even though I have a refund receipt. I've been in touch with the GM (Mariella) who stated she's trying to "help" me but then got mad at me when I got upset and said the store lead named Trevor Anthony who was fired for whatever reason, was a thief. Mind u, Mirella was the one who told me Trevor was not an actual manager, it took him over 2 hours to process my return because he had an attitude. Mirella, the GM called me on 05/23/24 and stated they credited the money back to someone else's credit card and that I would have to submit credit card statements for up 4 months proving it was not credited back to me. There's no way I can provide someone else's credit card statements anywhere to anyone, while going back and forth arguing for my refund back I noticed Trevor Anthony refunded my money to someone else's credit card because the last 4 digits on my purchase receipt are completely different from the last 4 digits on the refund receipt. An error Walgreens made but refuses to acknowledge mind you the store policy states that all refunds must be refunded to their original form of payment. I guess we'll be going to small claims court because I refuse to simply allow Mirella and Trevor Anthony to steal $311.86 from me. If I go to purchase something and I'm short $311.86, no store would never allow me to walk out the door with that item."
