"Just a 2mins ago my husband came to store for large coffee he want to redeem he’s points the employee don’t allow him to redeem it and rudly asking for app but one time he enter the number who he is to ask him for app… if he can save $2dollar he don’t allow him to do it…no offering large with donut $2 first time he came last time bad experience disappointment..very bad customer service"

"I wanted a quick snack and ran over to the local 7-Eleven. The place has a small parking lot that tends to get congested. I walked in and looked for some salty snacks. I wanted the pretzels but wasn't sure the price because it was marked wrong, so I brought up the snack to the counter and got the price from the cashier. It was $1.59 and I paid with my credit card and left. I had an ok experience at the local convenience store."
"Do not go shopping at this 7-Eleven. We need to start letting these places know that the customer is always right. They make mistake behind the register and when you want to check behind yourself they got offended. Then they want to rush or push into buying the merchandise without You verifying you weren’t charged the first time. These are very nasty people at this 7-Eleven. They don’t want to listen to customer version. So they start being disrespectful and don’t know how to act. We need to ban together and let these places know that the customer always comes first. Do not shop here and lets take them out of business. This would be a good lesson learned."
