"No matter what time you go there are ALWAYS only TWO cash registers available with lines that have exceeded 15 people. It's 9:40 and I had to wait to pay for two things until the cashier finished trying to get a customer while three employees in uniform watched the scene laughing. Of course I had to wait for the soap opera to finish before they charged me. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this branch deserves the worst. I hope some supervisor or manager can make surprise visits to check what a disaster customer service is. And I will not stop going to this branch just because the customer service is TERRIBLE when it is the closest to my house and I will be leaving reviews of each episode until they do something."

"the worst walgreens i’ve ever been to. i’d suggest just going to a different location. always short staffed and the staff that IS working lacks urgency when the line is longer than an entire isle. don’t get me started on the pharmacy."

"Amazing customer service. When we reached the photo print counter, we pressed the request button as no one was there in the photo pick up counter. But the person came immediately and attended our service. They printed the photo and gave it to us within 2 minutes. Good service is what I experienced."

"Use this pharmacy as a last resort only. The line is always quite long and your prescription is rarely ready on the same day it is received there. And don’t even try to get them on the phone. The practice is to pick up the call and set the phone down without ever talking to you. So you’ll be able to listen to every customer that goes up to the counter, their name and anything that is discussed, until you hang up in frustration. I’ve listened as long as 15 minutes before hanging up. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 to acknowledge that it is a busy pharmacy. But that cannot be an excuse for such poor service. If they cannot provide phone service then they should say so. And if they cannot fill prescriptions on the day it comes in then they should adjust staffing accordingly."

"My partner arrived >30 minutes before closing time to pick up a time-sensitive prescription. Waited in line nearly 25 minutes. With 7 minutes to closing time they finally were able to speak with a pharmacist, and were told that because it would take 10 minutes to fill the prescription they would have to come back another day. It would be understandable if someone showed up right before closing time and you told them to come back, but it's completely absurd to make a customer wait 25 minutes for service and then tell them they have to come back another day. Obscene."
