"There are homeless who will harass you out front and inside this store, and if u tell the employees they'll say "yeah they're there every day" and refuse to help you feel safe. They are not 24 hours, they close between 1am and 5pm, and they have the most pathetic selection of food that sells out and then they leave empty shelves for weeks. Super unfriendly staff. Will be the last time I ever visit this gross store"
"I give this store zero stars cause I took my kids to get the free slurpee and they didn't even let us in the store to buy chips or any snacks. He was standing at the door blocking people saying no more slurpees but I saw many people walking out with slurpees. Very disappointed cause my kids were so excited. This store sucks and the people who work here suck."
"I just deleted my initial review because of my experience this morning, usually there's a young lady in there who I noticed has been working 12-hour shifts she's very polite she's very smart and she knows how to work and be kind to customers even busy situations. Then on this Thursday morning two douchebags are working behind the counter, one is so rudely arguing with the locals while the other one tries to charge me a dollar to put water in my own cup I brought that any deli around here will kindly give.. long story short I was coming in every morning now I'll just be getting my ice and my coffee is in my hot water somewhere else the guy who run me up on the left was rude no please no thank you no have a nice day give me the dollar was the only communication he had with me you know that he could do he could have that dollar and I'll tell you what he could do with it too! Have a Merry Christmas Brooklyn and for you guys you lost a good customer who just moved into town and her family... Oh and 7-Eleven I'm erasing your app now!!!"
