"This store is absolute chaos. The last few times I have been in, there are boxes strewn about and piled up high. There is so much mess, that the aisles and elevator are blocked - which is a major accessibility issue and hazard."

"My 5 stars are for the pharmacy and the staff. The pharmacy is so kind and goes above and beyond. I understand it’s a difficult environment to operate in when they can’t be open on weekends now. Would love this team to get more support and coverage!! The staff downstairs is also kind and helpful. As for the store, I wish they could have the support they need. Fixing the elevator, staying on top of deliveries, etc. The staff is awesome but it’s clear they need more support from corporate. And they deserve it!!"

"If I were to put “0” I’d be happy to. I came in at 6:35pm on Wednesday to check out at the register. The cashier ran my products and start talking to her other employees without letting me to pay and go. I ask her to let me pay please as I need to go on what she said “ I am talking, you don’t interrupt me, you don’t do that. If you can’t wait you can leave now”. Yes, of course I left and ask her to keep on “talking”. I used to come to this store constant and loved it now with such rude customer service, never again !! Also, it is very dirty there !"

"Not the main Rite Aid I shop at but my stop here was a good experience. I can't complain about it unless it happens to me. Staff was helpful and friendly as well. I went on a very busy day for the holiday season/Christmas time. So there was extra staff around to help out if needed. Rite Aid stores are mostly very good with their prices. They are in the moderate price range."
