"The pharmacy could not fulfill my script . They claimed they faxed my provider; did not happen. Never got it. I don't recommend them at all. They are accountable. I have made two complaints to corporate. I sincerely hope Walgreen's goes out of business."

"Brought in prescriptions from my vet, got told they weren't "real prescriptions" and told me they couldn't help me. Called my vet, who offered to call the pharmacist and help figure it out and then my vet couldn't get through the annoying phone tree to get to them. So I go inside and ask if the pharmacy can just call my vet and have them explain the prescriptions and they say they "can't"(?) call the vet and to just have my vet leave a message on their voicemail for them to presumably listen to at some point, then finally get my meds ready? No one seemed apologetic or offered to help me figure any of this out at Walgreens. My vet goes above and beyond to try to talk to them and the Walgreens people put up hurdle after hurdle. I eventually I got frustrated enough that I went up the street to Five Star Pharmacy where there was no line, they were immediately kind and friendly, and filled out the prescriptions no problem. The only reason I tried Walgreens in the first place was the GoodRX price there was a bit cheaper but I wish I hadn't bothered and just went to the local pharmacy first."

"Absolute disaster location, 4 out of the 6 people ahead of me in line at the pharmacy left without their prescriptions, app gives constant incorrect information. PLEASE tell the people to work at the pharmacy to NOT GIVE OUT INCORRECT INFORMATION. I’ve had to call 8 times in 1 week just to finally get an ETA on my medicine in-between getting told to call back that afternoon, or call back tomorrow morning. Please, JUST SAY YOU DON’T KNOW or tell me who I CAN talk to, I’m wasting an hour a week just getting the medicine I need to live, PLEASE STOP MAKING THINGS UP if you don’t actually know the answer"
