"Unless you have an entire afternoon to stand on line in mystery and confusion, avoid getting your medication here. I use this pharmacy, and If I walk in and see even a single human being on line, or even being helped, I walk out. They take roughly 10-15 minutes on a speedy day to help each customer. Many times, I have waited on a 2 person line, only to be told after 10 minutes of typing to step aside for another round of waiting while they “check something”, only to be called 30 minutes later saying to come back in 5 hours. Something like this happens many times It’s as if with each new person trying to get Their medication, we enter a brand new saga of a mind boggling technological issue that the entire team has to resolve, where the more people try to help, the more clueless they become. Avoid"

"BEWARE OF SHIPPING FEDEX HERE!! I dropped off a large package in April and they scanned it and I watched them take it to the back to be picked up the next day. I have a text receipt that it was received and it showed online that it was scanned in to the Fedex at this Walgreens. It never got picked up, the package got lost in the abyss at this store and Fedex has denied all responsibility. My claims and supporting documents to Fedex keep getting denied. It is now July and I am still actively fighting this as the package cost me $159. I called this Walgreens store and the person on the phone also denied responsibility and aggressively told me to deal directly with Fedex. It has been a nightmare to rectify something totally out of my control and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else at this location."

"Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. The pharmacy staff are good people, but wow. Not sure what type of curse must be on this place. Got hung up on 3 times trying to fill an antibiotic waiting 20m each time. Not to mention the lines. Very simple solutions here yet, clearly mgmt isn't reading the reviews."

"You ever experience a place so poorly managed that you’re almost impressed at bad it is? That’s this Walgreens. I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism in a national chain before lmao like especially considering how busy the neighborhood is too. I never do negative reviews, but I had to give it to them. They’re excellent at being maybe the worst pharmacy in the entire state of New York."

"I wish there was something lower than 1 star for this sad excuse of an establishment. Every single time I have needed a prescription, they don’t have it ready. You need to call them to remind them to have it ready instead of doing their job and having the prescription ready as soon as they get the order. On top of that, I just tried calling them for a prescription refill. I had to wait 5 minutes (not bad) but then someone picked up and hung up right away. This happened twice in a row. It’s clear that whoever is working at the pharmacy right now does not want to answer calls and is picking calls up just to hang up? Why even work there then? Beyond awful. People need their medication and these workers could care less."
