"This was my first and last time using this pharmacy. I had my doctor of 10 years send the same script I’ve been on for 10 years to this pharmacy. I was traveling for work for the next 14 days so it was imperative I receive my prescription today. I was told my $80 prescription came out to $300, because the pharmacy staff filled it with generic instead of brand name, which has never happened to me. I couldn’t use the manufacturer coupon. I requested they swap out for brand name, since I confirmed they had it in the store. Instead of explaining the laws around this rx changed like a reasonable person, the pharmacist in the white coat, a female with brown hair and blue eyes got in my face and began to scream at me that she wasn’t going to break the law for me. In front of the entire pharmacy staff, and all the customers, she screamed so loudly at me and calling me a problem for panicking that my monthly medication had just increased in cost by over 100%. I completely panicked and held out my card and said “ok, ok, I’m paying, please” and paid for the prescription I couldn’t afford and wasn’t going to take just so I could get away from her."

"I experience racial profiling at this store. It was around 5:30 pm when I went shopping to buy food and chip. I wanted to catch a deal on cheese it's the price says buy 2 for 5 dollars so I brought one which was $2.50 so why was I charged 3.99 for it which was not the price also I brought the nice chips which was 2 dollars so the way it went left is that I brought the chips for the right amount and this black female workers chased me down and said I stolen chips which I in turn said why not look at the security footage and see if I stolen chips which she did not say nothing else. But that how the story is. My racial profile experience."
