"The worst 7 eleven in New York city! Slushie machine is broken on free slushie day?? How convenient. This 7-eleven is infuriating. There are no pictures to post because there are no slushies. Smh"

"Coffee is not fresh. I asking to guy which one is fresh he told this two. But unfortunately this coffee is very old. Looks dark not fresh. I every day buy 7 eleven coffee that’s why I know which is fresh."

"Denied service to me. Tried to buy a 96 Oz container of coffee. He denied they had them. I found not one but 2. He pretended he couldn't figure out how to open it and that it didn't work. I literally showed him how to unscrew a cap. He then said in 2 years of working he didn't know how to ring it up. I showed him the barcode to scan. Wait until I let NYC HRC know they denied service to a woman with disabilities. This will be fun."

"Update 11/30/23: They still suck - Now when you scan the app or use your phone for the $1 off, they quickly cancel it so you can't use it. It will show briefly on the screen then they hit a button and cancel it. RIDICULOUS This was my daily 7/11 but I started to notice thier prices didn't match with other 7/11s in the area, and they were cutting numbers from other tags and taping different prices on the items in the store especially on the "buy two for" deals"

"Breakfast sandwiches/wraps are always freezing cold and disgusting. The employees take the cold/frozen sandwiches and place them directly into the hot holding unit. Don’t eat the food here, you’ll get sick"
