"V good selection of some items, like household goods, some apparel, etc., at low prices; service is a whole other story, though. It's usually courteous and attentive, but I've also encountered some v rude employees. My last time there, I was accused -- falsely -- of shoplifting. I did receive an apology, which didn't sound v sincere. Maybe this location will go out of business, like the downtown one; it would serve them right."

"Went to this place yesterday with a friend of mine. They have nice things but they're are not friendly towards black people they think we all steal, that is not the case because thieves come in all colors. I was waiting for my friend and the cashier was totaling her items that she was trying to purchase. I was on my phone minding my business standing next to my friend a worker said to me can I help you. It wasn't gesture of good customer service she thought I was up to something. People need stop judging people by their appearance and color. This place need to be BOYCOTTED!."

"Honestly I wish I could rate it a 0. Today my mother came in around 12:30 to buy some items. However, they treated her very unkindly and embarrassed her. She found some shorts on a rack that was displayed as $5.88. After taking the shorts down to the lower level to cash out they came out to $7.99. She spoke to the cashier and she told my mother to check the price with the cashier on the 1st floor. My mother then spoke to the cashier and they both proceeded to the rack where the shorts were at to check the price. Apparently the shorts were on a rack where they weren’t suppose to be but instead of politely relaying that information to my mother the person proceeded to tell my mother “can’t you read the sign? it says champion” in a rude manner. She then proceeded to call the manager who reiterated the same phrase rudely. I use to work in retail as well and you can still show respect to customers without embarrassing them in a store and making them feel like they can’t read. They then made my mother wait 25 to 30 min before giving back her refund. This type behavior for a cashier and manager is unacceptable. At the end of the day humility should always be a forefront of customer service"

"Been going here since i was a little girl with my mother. The items they have is reasonably priced and some things is good quality. You need to give them your bag when you get there and they give you a number or tag to retrieve when you are finished. They do not sinlge anyone out this happens to everyone! They are helpful and have manners. Its clean and organized to an extent. There 2 levels. No elevator. Its a good store to go to when your in a crunch!"
