"I love Maison Jar! They have such a thoughtful selection of pantry and home goods, with a focus on sustainability. I get all my staples here from spices, eggs, granola, rice, beans and more. Every time I go, I discover something new! The staff has friendly and knowledgeable. Follow them on IG to learn about their refill happy hour! I go every month and the savings really add up. Maison Jar for the win!"
"Maison Jar is my go-to store when I'm in town visiting family. I intentionally pack my reusable storage bags so that I can stock up on my travel-friendly favorites to bring back home (like Cassava crackers!). The product and vendor selection is impressive and well-thought-out. I love seeing what surprises the fresh produce section holds (seasonal strawberries this visit). The staff is welcoming and helpful, and always friendly. The store is social-media conscious too, so, even from afar, it's nice tapping into their activities and low-waste initiatives."
"First visit to the shop today, after learning about it when a local called in to the Brian Lehrer show (wnyc) and recommended it. Love at first sight! The shop is cute and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. For a small footprint, as far as size, they carry such a wide variety of items. I had gone in today with the mission of getting laundry detergent and jasmine rice, but I made mental notes of all the things I hope to get in the future: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, spices, fresh-ground peanut butter, nuts, cheese, bread, seeds, legumes. This is going to make a big impact on my shopping. So happy to reduce packaging in my life, without sacrificing quality of goods. Thank you Maison Jar!"
"I love Maison Jar because it has everything we need - and no trash afterward! After a trip to a normal grocery store, I always lamented how much plastic and trash was generated. There are also great gift options here for friends and family to introduce them to new plastic-less brands. ❤️"
"This place is great! Save the planet & the prices are great. Get your spices, grains, nuts, pastas, and teas on. Grind your own peanut or almond butter. Even fresh bread. The mango looks dry but it's actually juicy"
