"This is the WORST CVS I’ve ever been to in my life!!! I only come here because it’s convenient as it is a short ride from my home. Everything is locked up, it’s never enough staff and the staff that’s there look overworked. The pharmacy is even terrible. I wish I can give this place zero stars!! I went there tonight and the lady closed the door before closing time and refused to open it. She still had customers inside the store while the door was locked. I will never shop at this location ever again. Here is a tip, make sure your staff know the correct opening and closing times. Thanks!"

"The pharmacy literally never picks up the phone. I called 4 times today. First, I was immediately put on hold for 5 mins and then disconnected. Second, I waited 25 mins before hanging up because the pharmacy never picked up the phone. Third, I was again immediately put on hold for 11 mins this time, and then disconnected. Fourth and finally, I was AGAIN immediately put on hold and have been on hold for 14 minutes. Time to find a new pharmacy."

"The wait time for medications is ridiculous. 1 hour for a rescue inhaler. Got forbid if I have to go to the er across the street because they wanted to go on lunch break.at 1:30 and I got here at 12:30.they really need to hire or replace people. Pick one or do both this is ongoing ever time I come. The pharmacy line be to the front of the store"

"Severely under-staffed. Almost everything requires an employee with a key to purchase, but it takes ages to get anyone because it's basically just one dude sprinting from aisle to aisle. Pharmacy counter usually has a line at least halfway across the store. The people who are working are great, but the company has really let its staff and customers down by not hiring or scheduling enough workers to meet demand."

"Absolutely disgusting service at the pharmacy. I’ve called them since this morning 10am and informed them that I will be picking up around 5. To only be told the prescription is NOT in stock, and will not be in stock for the next 2 days. I have an infant and absolutely can not wait two days. I was also informed that had the option of transferring the prescription to a pharmacy that HAD the prescription in stock! No one called to inform me that it is not in stock. Will never be coming here again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Let’s not even get started on customer service. The young lady on the phone was very nonchalant, she absolutely did not care."
