"After reading many of the reviews I see that my feelings about this business are justified. First of all horrible customer service. The tech or whatever he is Steven was arrogant and rude. If that is his name he was hesitant to give that information because he knows he was in the wrong. Came here because it was listed as a facility that fixes Honda lawnmowers. They tried to push and accuse of damaging the lawnmower which is crazy since it is a brand new machine. And who answers the phone talking about it's almost 5 that's all he cares about clearly. I know working in the service industry does not easy for everybody is looking forward to going home but no one should be talking about that to customers on the phone. That is ridiculous. I did not tell you to take this job and you don't want to be there then don't do it. How about next time I try to actually do your job then try to blame a customers. My recommendation is to Honda and any other company that has warranties that work with this facility they need to find someone else to work with. Just shady business practices in my opinion."
