"Ordered some toilet paper from them and realized 2 rolls had damaged packages. So I requested a refund. Each one was $0.48 so the total was less than $1. The online customer service agent was very rude and incompetent and was unwilling to replace or refund at first. She even insinuated that I was lying. I said twice 2 were damaged and she only refunded me 1 on purpose. Then she again implied I was lying which pissed me off! If I were to get some free item from them by lying, I would pick something relatively more valuable, instead of the most insignificant one. It's not the first time I had problem with their orders online. The first grocery order I got with them was also problematic. They lied about the item specification and tried to deny it when confronted. Time to move on for a more promising store."

"This exceeds my expectations all the time. The pharmacy has an A team lead which is lead by Melissa who constantly stays involved with me and my needs. Even though there's an automated system to tell and or remind me of refills, she along with her teammates reach out to me on a personal level to make sure I stay on point. 1 through 5? Wish there was a 6! Keep up the great work. This store as a whole is awesome!"
