"How the hell do u people at game stop 32nd st. sell my husband a new game to get delivered and then sell him a pre-owned game to be delivered and still charge him the full new price amount and the game doesn’t even eject from his system it came damaged and if u people mess up my husband’s system after this disc doesn’t come out or eventually comes out and causes him problems on his ps 4 you guys will be held responsible and accountable for this. This is a huge scam and horrible business. If I could give you zero stars I would. Horrible service !!!! then you don’t even order him the proper game?! Smh …. he wanted season 3 of hitman 3 why would u sell him season 1 of hitman?! What is the point of waiting 3 days and doesn’t even work and wrong item. People please don’t come here. Scam and bad service. Me and my husband probably will eventually start our own gaming business because, this is horrible. You will lose many customers because, of this. And I want my money back because, you charge me for something used. It’s not new I wanted new."

Although I regrettably cannot recall the name of the young lady, her abilities are truly remarkable. On the other hand, I distinctly remember the young gentleman named Sat. He is truly exceptional, displaying vast knowledge and unwavering patience when interacting with customers. Consequently, we will continue to procure games for our twins from this establishment."
