"Although Aldi has been a favorite grocery store of mine, I recently had a negative experience with the store supervisor, Lorena. Despite just completing my grocery shopping, when I requested to use the restroom, I was informed that it had been closed for an hour, and the supervisor stated there was nothing she could do to accommodate me. The perplexing aspect of the situation is that if the restroom had been closed for only an hour, it seems reasonable to expect a certain level of flexibility in accommodating a customer's needs. Opening the restroom for a brief moment doesn't appear to be an insurmountable challenge, especially when considering the inconvenience it posed to a paying customer. This experience has left me disheartened, as it contradicts the positive image I previously had of Aldi's customer service."

"Aldi is one of my very favorite grocery retailers. They have fantastic prices and awesome seasonal items. Aldi sells private label items mostly, with a few name brands thrown in the mix (Cheerios, Coke, Goldfish, etc). Great for basic items like milk, eggs, cheese, bread and they have a decent fruit and veggie selection as well. They never have every single thing on my list since they only sell select items so I usually need to go to either Walmart or Trader Joe’s as well to complete my shopping, but the prices really make it worth it."
