"This is the most pathetic excuse for a store I’ve ever seen…actually I can’t say that…the other dusne reade are almost as disgraceful . This is a horrible company. Customer comes last. No customer service. medicine is never ready. Employees don’t care. Computer systems always down. Shane on you. Corporate… If you actually look at any of these, please get a new manager there."

"I had always very unfortunate experience s at this pharmacy with the least helpful pharmacists (a rude Indian guy) I've ever encountered, and it was truly disappointing. It's difficult to describe their behaviour , but I'm sorry for the ordeal I went through at Duane Reade. Perhaps due to a lack of alternatives, they're stuck with that utterly inhuman worker, and it's infuriating."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THAT TALL SHIFT LEADER. I did a store pickup from that store and when I went to pick up items, I told him that some of my items were missing. There is this nasty shift leader. He is tall,black beard, probably Dominican or Puerto Rican. So that dude goes like "go pick up the items by yourself"."

"I wish I could rate 0 stars. I will never have another prescription filled at this location. Picked up my last one on Thursday 8/26 around 6pm. The scowl on the pharmacy techs face should have prepared me. First she couldn’t find my prescription after searching quickly through all three bins she found it in the first bin after searching again. Of course this is the only thing she did vigorously. When the prescription wouldn’t scan she slowly meandered off without even saying anything. And when I say meandered I mean a snail could have passed her. It was almost like a slow motion scene from a movie. Then after another wondering off she finally returned and scanned my item. At no time was she verbal. Maybe a grunt but definitely not a thank you at the end. This is the third time I’ve encountered such poor customer service. No more. If you don’t like or can’t do the job professionally. Quit."
