It was more like discriminating then she proceeded to follow us around the store when we didn't even do anything and proceeded to work in the areas we were in it was very annoying AND im not trying to sound like a Karen or anything its just very annoying im only 17 and turns out i have more maturity then that woman bothering us."

"The absolute rudest pharmacy staff of any Duane Reade or pharmacy in the city, probably the state and country too. Aside from regular mistakes on orders, the pharmacist and the employees at the registers are ridiculously flippant. They look and act like they hate their jobs and they treat customers like absolute sh!t."

"My experience at this location was absolute madness. The staff was arguing about something or other and no one was helpful. I’ll take the extra time to walk to 84th instead."

"It's very hit or miss here. I find the pharmacy staff to be helpful in person, but the way things are run when using the app is not. There have been several times when I find out my refill has been canceled -- no call, no text -- I just have to figure it out by looking again in the app. I call and find out some crazy story, but nobody will tell you from the outset which is confusing and frustrating. You have to do a huge amount of self advocacy to get any answers. It's really depleting and demoralizing. Probably says more about our healthcare system than the pharmacy. Today I've been on hold for 40 minutes. It rings, then goes back to hold. I'm sure they are swamped. I can't imagine how crazy but must be, but when it comes to people getting their medications a little empathy would go a very long way. It's been a real struggle for me to get the medications I need due to a number of factors and just a little kindness or clearer communication would be so appreciated."
