"They are amazing, I am a pharmacist for 39 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. I filled a prescription, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They do have some lines sometimes but it moves very quickly."

"This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. 2 hours on hold on the phone only to be disconnected before speaking to anyone. Followed by another 40 mins on hold disconnected again without ever speaking to anyone. Stopped in no less than 3 times. Three weeks later I still don’t have my prescriptions and the communication (really lack there of) is despicable. How you stay in business treating your customers this way is beyond me. I this company is the absolute worst ever."

"Always really long lines at pharmacy and lots of confusion and mistakes with everyone's orders. Have had the wrong label on my RX multiple times. Canceling my prescriptions for no reason. Sending 'RX ready for pick up' when it's actually on backorder. After 6 months of this nonsense at E 86th St, I'm taking my chances at CVS one block over. I've been a Duane Reade customer in NYC for more than 15 years with none of these problems- it's only this location."

"It is terrible a terrible pharmacy. I asked for a prescription on Monday at 12:15. I called on Wednesday. The associate never put it in. How difficult is to put mouthwash in a bottle. What is wrong with you? Terrible reviews and you do nothing. Somehow, I don't think about people who need their prescriptions. Another lady was waiting for her prescription. She was in pain. You didn't have her prescription either. I guess you don't care about your reputation or respect. You are so so bad. People could die waiting. Wake-up! Wake up! Duane Reade before someone dies"

"The largest corner store i think ive seen in the area. Ive yet to be to one of CVS up the street but this spot was big and clean. And kinda empty"
