"Kathy and Stephanie were extremely helpful when we faced a roadblock with my insurance company. They were more than willing to make multiple calls to pharmacies to make sure i received my malaria medication. Kathy went into great detail to explain what I might expect when going to my travel destination as well as what to avoid. Went through all the risks and gave useful advice. Highly recommend going to them for all your travel needs! I will definitely be a returning customer!"

"Nurse did a lazy, incomplete job. When I gave a bad review to a welfare reviewer they retaliated by claiming that I was unfit as a home-carer (even tho' it was they who were supposed to be helping me). My dad got put into 'rehab' where they didn't feed him properly and he lost a lot of weight. Also Independent Nursing more-or-less demanded that I not give them bad reviews so I'm not sure how much I would trust the 'good' ones."

Independent nursing care was informative, kind, and explained everything for my upcoming trip. They were through insurance and provided every answer for questions I didn’t know I had. Lastly my nurse Jill was very skilled and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend independent nursing care."

"My son planned a trip for us to Ecuador to include the Amazon, Galapagos Islands as well as some high altitude cities. As seniors we were nervous not only about the immunizations recommended but also about other things we needed to be aware of while traveling in South America. Our nurse Cathy answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them!), was very professional and explained what each shot was for and how different diseases were transmitted. She even gave us a map which showed where the vaccines were recommended! She also went over safety procedures for traveling in Ecuador including foods to avoid and emergency contacts. Stacy at the reception area was excellent as well. The process of setting up the appointment and handling our insurance questions was great! Stacy would check that she had all the correct information for any questions we had. If I could give Independent Nursing Care a six star rating out of five stars I would! How good it feels to be well prepared for this trip."
