Reviews
"Zero stars for this place. Unfortunately, one star is mandatory. The guys wear the same gloves to grab the meat, along with touching other unsanitary things."
"Excellent service, items allways fresh Meat & produce arrive fresh to shop every day. Best price & service i found in town."
"Went there to buy bread and meat, asked for them to bag the goods separately as I didn't want the raw chicken to be in contact with the bread, and the clerk got pressed over a second bag. Was rude over a plastic bag Do not recommend"
"I went to buy specifically beef short ribs. I went to the butcher and they actually had some and display already seasoned I requested the same and he sold me 2 lb worth. as soon as I looked at it I told him this must be wrong because these are half the size of what is being displayed. He stated that he cut the fat off so it does not look so big. I specifically asked for them to be cut thick so I could grill them. They were so small I told him I could only use them for maybe a soup. He had no solution and I wasstuck with them because I already have planned to make them. If you see my photos you see how small they were. I ended up not grilling and actually just frying them. will definitely not be going back there."
"Grew up in Passaic going to this store. When I was little they had soft ice cream & these sandwiches that were so good. The sandwich resembled a Cuban but smelled like garlic.Till this day I've never tasted or smelled anything like it.I remember it was ran by a family and all the males looked alike.Maybe brothers. They were so nice to my mom, brother, and I. Im 40 now so that was many many moons ago."
