"I had a photo pick up order and no one was there to help. I made the regular line and they said the photo people left so they can't help. I got the email confirmation that my order was ready for pick up so I don't understand why can't they just give it to me. I've gone to another Walgreens and the employees from the regular line go to the photo section and give me my order so I don't understand what's the difference here. Waste of time, now I have to go another day to pick it up."

"Going to this Walgreen location is a complete nighmare it seems like they have a employee shortage they even have candies locked this os crazy i waited about 15 minutes for someone to come gove me some advil no one came I have to go walked around the store tontry and find someone to help me i found i gentlemen asked him if he works here his answer yes unfortunately what a joke walgreens you need to do better with the custkmer service i also need d some candy the same gentlemen walked next to me I ask him gor help Again and was completely ignore ."
"This store is A big joke. The pharmacy nor the store answered the phone. I Just had surgery and for 2days I could not get anyone on the phone. So I have to take a chance and go there with the pain I'm in too see if they receive and or filled my prescription. Today i , will be changing where my prescription goes. Maybe a family owned pharmacy. I can honestly say "I hate this Walgreens " I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to call. The one star is being too generous.."
"I'm a physician. I just spent 15mins on hold with this pharmacy to try to fix a problem with one of my patient's medication. They are not picking up. My patient cannot reach them either. I reached the manager who refused to put me on the phone with a pharmacist or assist in any way. THIS PHARMACY IS DANGEROUS. Do not use."
