I asked for a simple price check and she gave me an attitude when I asked and told me to ask her manager and pointed to a male a couple steps away when I asked him it turns out that she was his manager /SS and refused to help or even make an effort. She refused to give me her name for the obvious reason that she was ashamed of her Customer service."

"I just want to say I love shopping at five below especially for my toddler. This specific LOCATION is the worst to shop at. The short girl who is black with the bun is very RUDE. She watches you shop, she stares at you up and down while at self check out and is VERY. Rude to her employees. I've witnessed her yell at 2 guys who worked there over boxes they didn't take out properly. It's honestly no way everybody in the reviews are complaining about the same person and they're able to still have this type of job.|"

"Staff is rude, they take your items out your cart and scan them for you. The african-american manager is rude and disrespectful to staff and customers. The store never have items on a reachable level shelf. The store shelf's are never stocked. The manager even threatened me and my family that she will "put hands on me" Just all bad I even called corporate, on the manager and nothing was done. Just so unprofessional some people are."

"I loved coming to this 5 Below because of its proximity but the service I received from the employee, Niyah, or some variation of that name, was incredible rude. My products did not match the receipt and I brought it to the attention of an employee. I then spoke to the manager, she was taking a personal call, making fun of me over the phone in front of me, and insinuated that I was trying to steal. I tried to explain the bizarre situation again that was also caught on the store cameras and she insisted on being rude and speaking down to me like a child. This was truly embarrassing and unhelpful"
